Terms of Use of the Affiliate Program of LUSAVI.com

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these terms and conditions:

• Affiliate: the natural or legal person who joins the LUSAVI Affiliate Program and promotes the products on www.lusavi.com through links, banners, or other promotional tools provided by LUSAVI.
• Customer: the end user who makes a purchase on the www.lusavi.com website through an affiliate link.
• Commission: the amount paid to the Affiliate for each qualifying sale generated through their affiliate link (equal to 20%).

2. Participation in the Program

Access to the Affiliate Program is subject to approval by LUSAVI. LUSAVI reserves the right to accept or reject, at its sole discretion, any application for membership without stating a reason.

3. Promotion Methods

The Affiliate may promote LUSAVI products exclusively through authorized channels (websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, etc.) and must adhere to the communication guidelines provided by LUSAVI.

Misleading messages, unauthorized use of the trademark, offensive or illegal content, and spam practices are prohibited.

4. Sales Tracking

Sales are tracked through unique affiliate links. A sale is considered valid only if:

• the order has been completed and payment has been received by LUSAVI
• no returns, cancellations, or refund requests have been made within 35 days of the purchase date.

5. Commissions and Payments

• The Affiliate earns a commission equal to 20% of the net amount (excluding VAT and shipping costs) on each qualifying sale generated through their link.
• Commissions are paid 35 days from the purchase date, subject to order validity verification.
• Payment will be made via the Affiliate's chosen method (bank transfer or PayPal) upon reaching the minimum threshold of €20.00.
• Commissions related to canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders are not recognized. Any transaction fees are the responsibility of the Affiliate.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

The Affiliate is responsible for the content published on their channels and for compliance with applicable laws (tax, advertising, privacy). LUSAVI declines all liability for statements or information provided by the Affiliate to their users.

7. Term, Termination, and Suspension

This Agreement enters into force on the date of approval of the affiliation and remains in effect until terminated. Either party may terminate it at any time by written notice (including by email). LUSAVI may suspend or terminate the account in the event of violations of these terms.

8. Program Changes

LUSAVI reserves the right to change the terms, commission rates, or operating procedures of the Program, upon prior notice to registered Affiliates. Continued affiliation constitutes acceptance of the changes.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
