Withdrawal

Cancellation policy
 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract without giving any reason, provided that no accommodation booking has yet been made.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us - Lusavi.com by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can send us an e-mail.
To comply with the withdrawal obligation, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within 30 days of receipt of the withdrawal. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
