Seasonal operating Accommodations**	At least 93 overnights with 50% or 30% discount on base price
Applicable to all Hosts:	on all other overnights: at least 10% discount on basic price

**A seasonal operating Host is defined as an accommodation that is open to guests at least 185 days per year.
